Alyson Richardson has extensive experience in the ESL community and was an instructor with Atlanta English Institute prior to becoming the Dean of Students. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Virginia Tech and spent more than a decade in leadership in the corporate world before pursuing her TESOL training at Kennesaw State and beginning her ESL career. As an instructor, Alyson was dedicated, multi-faceted, and caring. Alyson possesses a unique perspective which blends her business and management background with a devotion to education and ESL in-particular. She believes diversity is what makes a culture strong and that every student is a person with a gift to offer the world
